Our Terms & Conditions
These terms & conditions represent a contract between K&L ProClean Services and the client, by booking our service you are agreeing to these conditions
Payments must be made on the day of the clean, if a client fails to pay within 24 hours a fee of £10 per day will be added to the original price
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours, anything later than this will result in a cancellation fee which is equivalent to 50% of the service cost.
Hoovers and mops must be provided by the client, if no hoover or mop is provided and we are unable to do this part of the clean, no refund will be given
If we are unable to gain access to a property that we have been booked for, at the time agreed we will still require full payment even if our service has not been fulfilled
Please state clearly any requests for our services as if something is not mentioned to us, we can not take responsibility if it does not get done.
